Mari Lwyd enamel pin

Sir Lady Sketch

Eat, drink, and be scary!

Mari Lwyd is a Welsh house-visiting wassailing tradition dating back to the early 1800s. Merrymakers carry a decorated horse skull (Mari Lwyd) from door to door, singing and asking for entry. The homeowners refuse, giving their reply in song. The singing goes back and forth. If the home owner eventually relents, the revelers go inside for food, drink, and merrymaking.

The pin is approximately 2"x2" with a matte gold finish. There are two posts with rubber backers on the back for extra durability.
