Shipping and Returns

We accept all major debit or credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, and PayPal.

Shipping 

Packaging: Shop orders are shipped in protective bubble mailers. Only subscription box shipments are shipped in our Brat Boxes unless we've stated otherwise. 

All orders are processed and shipped up to two to three working days from the date when the order was placed. If you need it processed sooner we can help! Just email help@bratbox.co - If you place an order on Friday or over the weekend, your order will be most likely be sent on Monday or Tuesday. 

We offer MEMBER FREE SHIPPING . If you are not a member please do not select this shipping option or you run the risk of having your order cancelled. 

Standard First Class USPS and International Most other shipping prices are between $2 to $6 depending on if it's international or domestic. 

Return Policy

We will only accept returns for damaged goods. We do not accept returns for boxes obtained through our subscription service. Items that are damaged in transport are the responsibility of the selected courier service.  

All returns are subject to exchange for another product of equal or lesser value, or a full refund excluding shipping costs. As the customer it is your responsibility to cover shipping cost, if we made the mistake we'll cover the shipping cost.

How to Return or Exchange Your Order

1.    Please email us within 3 days upon the delivery date at help@bratbox.co with a              reasonable explanation why you want to return the item. 
2,    Please send your return back to us within 5 days of receiving. 
3.    Items must be untampered with , in it's original packaging when it is returned.
